Shipping policy

Please Note: At this time, we ship only to US addresses.

Shipment processing time:

All orders on ready made items are processed within 1-3 business days. Items made to order may take up to two weeks to process, but it is our goal to process custom orders within three days. We typically are able to process and ship your order the next day depending on our current order volume.

Shipment rates and delivery estimates:

Our current shipping costs are a flat $4.95 for orders under $35.  Orders $35 and above will receive FREE standard shipping via our chosen carrier. We use USPS to ship the majority of our packages but we do reserve the right to use UPS or FedEx for larger orders. In the event we do need to use a carrier other than USPS and a PO box has been provided, we will contact you to obtain your residential address.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

You will be provided tracking information for your package once we have processed and prepared your label for shipping.
